Emerald Spas & Billiards is now a Proud Partner of the Grand Rapids Griffins!

Just like Emerald Spas, the Grand Rapids Griffins have been a staple of West Michigan for almost a quarter century! The Griffins just kicked off their 24th season of hockey at Van Andel Arena on October 11th.

So when a partnership opportunity was presented to Newton and the rest of the team at Emerald Spas and Billiards, they didn’t hesitate. “We’ve been servicing the Griffins’ therapeutic spa equipment for years, so a corporate partnership was a no-brainer”, said Newton Leitelt, owner of Emerald Spas and Billiards.

“Having one of our therapeutic hot tubs installed in their training room is a great feeling,” He added. “It’s awesome knowing that our products are contributing to the success of the team after they get off the ice.”

The Grand Rapids Griffins are a professional hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL). They play their home games in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan at Van Andel Arena. They are the AHL affiliate to the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League, and are the 2013 and 2017 Calder Cup Champions.
